SAMOA BLONDIES - A One Bowl Recipe (my favorite kind)
1 stick melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1c. unsweetened shredded coconut
Pre-heat your oven to 350 and grease an 8x8 pan.
Melt the butter.
Whisk in the sugar and vanilla.
Add the egg and mix until incorporated.
Add flour and salt and mix until you have a beautiful blondie batter.
Fold in chocolate and coconut.
Spread the batter evenly into your pan.
Bake until golden brown and cooked through (about 30 minutes).
